Hariharan Subramanian serves as the Software Solutions Manager for the New Ventures division and is also the General Manager of Millennium Software Productions. In this role, Hariharan manages the New Ventures Team to design and develop exciting new enterprise products and portals and also leads a concerted effort towards leveraging the latest developments in technology.

In his previous role at EchoMail, Inc., Cambridge, USA, Hariharan had managed software development efforts for the EchoMail suite of products, leading the products through several major versions. Hariharan had a background in marketing (with Fujitsu's retail solutions) and advertising prior to joining EchoMail, Inc.

Hariharan holds a B.E in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras, India and an M.B.A in Systems and Marketing at the School of Management, Pondicherry (India).

EchoMail, MSPI's principal serves highly demanding Fortune 1000 companies and some of the best known brands in the US such as Citigroup, Amex, Warner and Hershey's to name a few. This underlines that products and services delivered are World class and nothing short of the very best. As QA manager Arasu is acutely aware of his responsibility in ensuring that the highest quality standards are set and maintained and products and solutions work without a hitch at the customer's place. An expert in the usage of automated test tools he brings more than 6 years of diverse testing experience to his job. A hawk's eye for bugs and uncompromising evaluation standards make Arasu a tough internal customer no wonder our customers have little to complain. A soft spoken and gentle person (when not dealing with bugs and erring programmers) he likes to listen to music and spend quality time with family when not preoccupied with product quality. Arasu holds a bachelor's in electrical and electronics engineering from the Madras University and has been with MSPI for more than 3 years.

As head of the creative team, Ramachandran is responsible for MSPI's broad spectrum creative initiative, which includes synergising the diverse skills of his team to position MSPI's creative studio as a world class outsource destination for spell binding works of art. Under him the creative team executes the entire gamut of activity ranging from online logo designing, designing customizable templates for websites and E-Mail campaigns, web forms, regular and online catalogs and brochures. Ramachandran is a rare artist who brings skills and expertise in the latest creative tools to his innate creativity and artistry with amazing results. Driven by a passion to deliver the best he immerses himself headlong into the creative process right from the initial stages of taking the brief to conceptualizing, execution and on time delivery. As in all great artists Ramachandran's artistic talents became evident in his early childhood, a talent that was developed and honed to perfection in ome of the finest art schools in the country. Diploma in Graphic Design from Signet Design Center, Chennai affiliated to the Basel School of Design, Basel, Switzerland. (Advanced Diploma in 2D and 3D Animation from Vector Institute of Visual Arts (part of Prasad Studios, one of the largest production houses in India) Ramachandran's other passions include photography and listening to music (from rock to classical western and carnatic) and long drives and he has been with MSPI for years.

As manager of the customer management team, Subramanian is totally responsible for planning execution and timely completion of all company projects. The job calls for matching limited and stretched resources to meet ever-increasing demands, a tight ropewalk of sorts. Subramanian's meticulous planning, prioritization and time management skills, help make this a cakewalk. A post graduate in physics, he served in the mid- level management of India's' premium market research company IMRB for 4 years, an experience that proves valuable in probing and understanding changing client needs and preferences. Subramanian also provides the much needed customer support for production issues during the non-EST hours. A postgraduate in Physics from the Madurai Kamaraj University he has been with the company for 6 years. A stickler for perfection, Subramanian plays a major role in training new recruits and clarifying doubts across departments.

As manager software solutions Kannan's role is among the most demanding, he is responsible for planning, supervising and timely delivery of software solutions across multiple development teams besides constant innovation of products and services. An excellent manager of human and material resources, Kannan believes in the "setting a personal example" model to get the best from his team members. He brings great quality to his role by keeping himself constantly updated and upgraded with the latest developments in the software field and exploring avenues to implement them in realtime. A man of few words and strong convictions, Kannan likes to spend time away from the office with family, he holds a bachelor's in Computer Science from Manonmanian Sundaranar University and has been with the company for 8 years.

Vethamuthu's role as manager I&H positions him in the core of MSPI's operations base. The company does 90% of its work online and acts as service provider to one of the biggest E-Mail management companies in the US, lending vital and strategic importance to its telecom arm. In view of the huge volume of E-Mail handled and commitment to high E-Mail delivery levels it maintains an elaborate network of filters, servers and related hardware in its Chennai office and off shore facility at Cambridge, MA, USA. Vethamuthu and his team own total responsibility for overseeing and ensuring flawless functioning of this vast network. He is also responsible for keeping I&H State of the Art, in terms of enhancing technology through constant upgradation, replacement of material resources and training of personnel.

A nature lover and technology buff, Vethamuthu switches off when he is not with his servers and routers and takes the green route to unwind in the vast open spaces of his native town without a laptop.
